NBS Handbook is updated to a new version 2.13

The Nordic Imbalance Settlement Handbook has been updated to a new version 2.13. Important highlights are new company model introduction, detailed description of data packages including full list of generic and specific data packages, description of service provider role and market operator role description. Changes have been described in the Chapter 12 Change Log.

Translated versions of 2.13 are also available in Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish. The Handbook and translated versions are available here.
