PICASSO go-live in Denmark 2.10.2024

Denmark joined the PICASSO platform on 2.10.2024. The platform is a common European aFRR energy activation market. The change is shown in eSett as new Balancing Sub Service types related to the PICASSO platform for relevant market parties:

• FRR-A, AOF activation (reason code Z54)
• FRR-A, non-AOF activation (reason code Z55)

Activated energy quantities will be available for BRPs and BSPs in Online Service and Information Service. Additionally, the aFRR energy amounts are visible for the BSP role. The same data can be subscribed to in Data Package “Secondary Frequency Restoration Reserves (FRR)” for the BSP role.
